Alex's crew did an outstanding job moving us into our new home ion Frisco. We received a prompt response to our request, an accurate estimate, and really good communication. The day before the move we received a quick text reminder. On move day, we received a call from the crew leader to let us know they were headed our way. When they arrived there was a small amount of paperwork and a quick tour of the place to go over our expectations. Alex's team got to work immediately.
They were careful yet efficient, and took great care to make sure our belongings were handled professionally. When we got to the new home, both they got straight to work and quickly unloaded everything, and making sure to ask where we wanted things as they went. They were kind and courteous and very professional. Just a true a pleasure to work with, and Lion Heart Movers of Frisco should be proud to have these three young men working for them. I highly recommend this moving company!
I cannot say enough about this company. I have had 3 major moves in the Frisco area and 2 cross country moves. I can honestly say this is the best moving experience I’ve ever had. The team arrived right on time to pack my home and were notably efficient. They were careful with all my belongings and by the time we began unpacking we could see the care that they took. The moving crew came in the next day and were again efficient and tactful throughout the whole process. Add to the fact that they were kind and worked well as a team, while very tiring, was as good as it gets for moving day. I have zero hesitation in recommending them above some of DFW's more well known moving companies. Additionally the value was worth every penny.

What can I say . I Love Lion Heart Movers. This was my 3rd move with them in the last couple of years and the owner and crews are always great. This time we moved to our new home from Dallas to Frisco, no more condos. We have kids now and we need the room and Frisco is such a great town.
Anyways as always their prices are great , the owner is wonderful to deal with and the moving guys take such great care. Our items are well taken care of and nothing gets scratched, dented, or anything terrible like that one time I used that other company my sons movers or whatever they are called. Whole different story .
So, I say thank you well deserved feedback 5 stars thanks for giving us great customer service. I do not think we are going to move around in Texas anytime soon , as we are settling in. But if I ever needed to move again Lion Heart movers would be my first and only call. Great job thank you from my wife and I and our kids now too!
Movers did an awesome job. Crew was very friendly and professional. They wrapped everything I needed moved very well so that nothing was damaged (which was especially important on my late fathers old wooden desk). Nothing but greatness from this team and would recommend them to anyone I know moving. Will definitely give them a call when moving time happens again

Great job moving large items from the second floor. They were quick and got the job done.
I was extremely excited to write this review for the service this company provided us. My parents were looking for some movers to help them move about 40 miles within DFW. The business owner Kyle, responded to my inquiry with a full quote within less than 24 hours. The response was prompt, thorough and very customer focused. We were worried about COVID and they even went through their precautions to make us feel comfortable and safe. The pricing quote was significantly better than all the other moving companies in the DFW area. I had asked when they could have someone out to move us and they said they would help us right away. I was thoroughly impressed! The owner Kyle responded to me, to make sure I knew that they are here to help me! WOW, talk about customer satisfaction.
When they arrived to do the move, they came in with face mask on, sanitized their hands and put globes on and practiced social distancing. They came up with the best game plan to load the truck. Before they started the job, they laid down floor runners, had all their tools and dollies out. It gave us comfort in knowing they wanted to protect our walls, fixtures, floors and of course our personal items we were moving. They moved everything in our house within 2 hours, followed us to the new house and unloaded all the furniture pieces and boxes. Not a single scratch or damage. They took their time to make sure everything was done with care and correct.
Overall, this was the most impressed I have ever been with any moving service! From The overall process from quote to finish took 1 week! From start to finish this company provided 5 star service with quoting, customer service, moving, covid precautions and clean up. I am looking forward to using this company in the future for when we need to move my family or friends. I will definitely be recommending them to all of my DFW friends.
